Abbey Road Studios

STUDIO 1

The largest purpose-built recording studio in the world. It is an impressive space with an unparalleled history of orchestral score recordings, including Star Wars, Lord of the Rings and Harry Potter, as well as by artists including Elton John and Ed Sheeran.

STUDIO 2

Has an incredible heritage; it was The Beatles recording studio for most of their career, where they recorded 190 songs. Pink Floyd also recorded Dark Side of the Moon in Studio 2, and it is still used every day by artists including U2, Adele and Kylie Minogue. It is an atmospheric space and looks almost the same as it did when the Beatles used it.

STUDIO 3

Is a modern space with a warm and contemporary aesthetic. It was Pink Floyd’s favoured studio in the late 1960’s and was also used by The Beatles for the recording of the Revolver album. It has since been used by artist as diverse as Lady Gaga, Jay Z, and was used by Amy Winehouse to make her last ever recording.
