Huge flower arrangements circled the table, creating a room within a room, giving it a real intimate feel.
The clients brief was that he wanted really classic dishes, and with guests used to eating in some of the best restaurants in the world, we defeated the cooking limitations of this venue and served up stunning options like Scottish Langoustine, Classic Beef Carpaccio, Veal Saltimbocca and Poached Dover Sole.
After a fabulous dinner with a fabulous DJ set throughout, the guests departed after the Ceremony of the Keys, walking the stone paths of this amazing venue, concluding yet another wonderful night at the historic Tower of London.
