We were very honoured to have been chosen to cater for the launch night of the Louis XIII Rare Cask 42.1 by cellar master Baptiste Loiseau. The event took place in the cloisters at Westminster Abbey, just a few days after the coronation of King Charles III.

The evening featured a gastronomic food pairing, of exceptional seasonal dishes alongside the finest wines and cognac of course!

Guests started the evening with a choice of a Cactus Collins and Last Thyme We Met cocktails alongside a range of plant based canapés including chickpea wafer, fizzy figs and cashew cheese and Shimeji, rainbow radish crisp and pea sponge.

Guests were later invited to experience our projection-mapped immersive dining experience where white dishes let the table take centre stage.
