One cold February evening, the A&B team arrived to the venue, armed with a menu set to wow.
The evening started with a selection of canapes, English nori crackers with cauliflower cream cheese and chilli emulsion, black truffle beignet with truffle soli and chilli emulsion and also, pork belly on millionaire shortbread.
The glamorous welcome reception took place in the Egypt sculpture gallery, with dinner in the Great Cout. Nothing short of decadent and delicious for a very special awards ceremony.
